Whether you are considering your own development or sponsorship for a colleague, the first step is a conversation with a Founding Partner. It is a chance to discuss your ambitions and context, learn more about the Fellowship, and consider together whether it is the right fit.

Conversations usually last around 30 minutes, by video call, and are confidential.
Places in the inaugural cohort are being confirmed now; please be in touch by 30 November 2026.
THE INAUGURAL FELLOWSHIP
FORMAT
In-person experiential workshops, virtual development sessions, and individual mentoring and coaching.
January–October 2027.
Onboarding is now underway.
